We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Background Investigator Assistant in the Real Estate industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting comprehensive background investigations on potential tenants, buyers, and partners to ensure the safety and security of our properties and investments.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting thorough background checks on individuals, including criminal history, financial background, and employment verification.
- Compile and organize information obtained from various sources, such as public records, databases, and interviews.
- Analyze and evaluate information to determine the credibility and reliability of potential tenants, buyers, and partners.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries of findings for review by senior investigators and management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards in conducting background investigations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, compliance, and property management, to ensure all investigations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in conducting background investigations or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs.
