Job Description:
We are looking for a Background Investigator Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Background Investigator in conducting thorough investigations on individuals applying for security clearances within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong research skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Background Investigator in conducting interviews with applicants, references, and other individuals to gather relevant information
- Research and gather information from various sources, including databases, public records, and social media
- Analyze and evaluate information to determine the credibility and accuracy of the data collected
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for security clearances
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist in coordinating with government agencies and relevant stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and analyze complex information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other research tools
- Previous experience in background investigations or a related field is preferred [Required years of experience: 2-5 years]
- Knowledge of security clearance processes and regulations is a plus
