We are looking for a detail-oriented Background Screening Specialist to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conducting background checks for potential employees in the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough background checks on potential employees, including criminal records, employment history, and educational background
- Analyze and interpret background check results to determine eligibility for employment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding background screening
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates regarding background check results
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all background screening activities
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the background screening process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in conducting background checks, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding background screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
