We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bailiff with a background in Information Technology to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing court orders, protecting court personnel and property, and ensuring the safety and security of all individuals within the courthouse.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce court orders, including the arrest of individuals, the seizure of property, and the execution of warrants.
- Maintain order and security within the courthouse by monitoring entrances and exits, controlling access to restricted areas, and responding to disturbances or emergencies.
- Protect court personnel, jurors, witnesses, and other individuals within the courthouse by providing security and assistance as needed.
- Escort individuals to and from courtrooms, ensuring their safety and security throughout the process.
- Assist in the transportation of prisoners to and from court appearances, jails, and other facilities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all court proceedings, including the service of legal documents and the execution of court orders.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, legal professionals, and court staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the courthouse.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Bailiff or in a similar role within the field of Information Technology.
- Knowledge of court procedures, legal terminology, and the criminal justice system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
