We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our manufacturing team as a Baker Apprentice in Dubai. As a Baker Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced bakers to learn the art and science of baking. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and eager to develop their skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and instructions from experienced bakers to ensure consistency in quality and taste
- Learn how to operate and maintain baking equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance baking skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong passion for baking and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
