We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Baker Apprentice in the agriculture industry in Dubai. As a Baker Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced bakers to learn the art and science of baking.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Learn how to properly measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Assist in shaping dough, decorating pastries, and operating baking equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Learn about different baking techniques and methods
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
