We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Baker Apprentice in the telecommunications industry in Dubai. As a Baker Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced bakers to learn the art of baking and pastry making while assisting in the day-to-day operations of our bakery.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Learn and follow recipes and techniques for baking
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries
- Work closely with the baking team to ensure products are of high quality and meet company standards
- Learn about food safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen setting

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or culinary setting is preferred but not required
- Strong interest in baking and pastry making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items and stand for long periods of time
