We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Ballet Instructor Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in ballet and a strong interest in teaching and assisting others in their dance journey.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Ballet Instructor in planning and delivering ballet classes for students of all ages and skill levels
- Demonstrate ballet techniques and movements for students to follow
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their ballet skills
- Assist with organizing and coordinating ballet performances and events
- Help maintain a safe and clean dance studio environment
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling classes and communicating with students and parents

Requirements:
- Strong background in ballet with formal training and experience in classical ballet techniques
- Previous experience in teaching or assisting with ballet classes is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in dance or related field
- Certification in ballet teaching or equivalent
