We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Ballet Instructor Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ballet and dance, as well as experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced instructors in a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead ballet instructor in teaching classes and workshops
- Help students with technique, choreography, and performance skills
- Provide feedback and support to students during rehearsals and performances
- Assist with costume fittings, music selection, and other logistical tasks
- Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to plan and execute classes and events

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ballet instruction or performance
- Strong knowledge of ballet technique, terminology, and history
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Passion for dance and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential
