We are seeking a passionate and experienced Ballet Instructor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ballet and a passion for teaching and inspiring students of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the goals and objectives of the ballet program
- Teach and demonstrate ballet techniques, positions, and movements to students
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and technique
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure the success of the ballet program
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Ballet Instructor
- Strong knowledge of ballet techniques and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of all ages and skill levels
- Certification in ballet instruction is preferred but not required
