We are seeking a passionate and experienced Ballet Instructor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ballet instruction and a passion for teaching all ages and levels of dancers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead ballet classes for students of all ages and skill levels
- Teach proper ballet techniques, terminology, and form
- Create and choreograph original ballet routines for performances and recitals
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills
- Collaborate with other dance instructors and staff to create a cohesive dance program
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in ballet instruction

Requirements:
- Minimum [random number] years of experience as a ballet instructor
- Strong knowledge of ballet techniques and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching ballet
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
