Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Ballet Instructor to join our dynamic team in Dubai, where arts and culture thrive within the vibrant real estate community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ballet, a love for teaching, and the ability to inspire students of all ages and skill levels. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging ballet curriculum for various age groups, including children and adults.
- Conduct regular ballet classes, ensuring that each session is structured, informative, and enjoyable.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Organize and prepare students for performances, showcases, and competitions as appropriate.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment that promotes personal growth, teamwork, and a love for dance.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to integrate ballet into community events and real estate projects.
- Maintain a safe and clean dance studio environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with ballet techniques and teaching methods.
- Actively promote the benefits of ballet and its connection to physical fitness and mental well-being within the community.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience in ballet instruction or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in classical ballet techniques with a solid understanding of dance theory.
- Previous experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Ability to create a fun, inclusive, and motivational learning environment.
- Experience in organizing performances and events is a plus.
- Knowledge of dance safety practices and injury prevention.
- Certification in dance instruction or a related field is preferred.
