We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bank Compliance Officer Assistant in the agriculture sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance and banking operations, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Bank Compliance Officer in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and industry best practices
- Assist in training staff on compliance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to address compliance issues and improve processes
- Handle inquiries and requests from regulatory agencies and auditors
- Assist in investigating and resolving compliance violations or discrepancies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field

- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance software
