We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Operations Manager to oversee our operations in the agricultural sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations, with a focus on agricultural financing and lending.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in banking operations, with a focus on agricultural financing
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
