We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer goods and a proven track record of success in managing bank operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bank, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate operations and achieve business objectives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Implement new technologies and systems to enhance operational capabilities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
