We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing operations within the banking sector, specifically in the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to streamline bank operations related to Real Estate transactions
- Oversee daily operations of the bank, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations
- Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with various departments within the bank to ensure smooth and efficient processes related to Real Estate transactions
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to Real Estate banking operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bank operations, preferably in the Real Estate sector
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
