We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banking operations related to our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline banking processes and ensure efficiency
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and banks to facilitate smooth transactions and financing for construction projects
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for cost savings and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Lead a team of operations staff to ensure all banking operations are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to coordinate banking activities with construction timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
