Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Operations Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our banking services in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations and program management, with a keen understanding of the unique requirements and regulations of the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective banking services for Aerospace and Defense clients
- Manage a team of operations staff to ensure smooth and accurate processing of transactions and account management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of banking operations programs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of Aerospace and Defense industry regulations and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
