We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller Assistant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the financial services industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist bank tellers with processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including balancing cash drawers and securing the vault
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to effectively educate customers and promote cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is a plus
- [X] years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
