We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bank Teller Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Bank Teller Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bank teller team, ensuring smooth and efficient customer service delivery, and managing all financial transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of bank tellers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of bank tellers, providing feedback and coaching for improvement
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations, including KYC and AML procedures
- Handle complex or escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner
- Manage cash flow and vault operations, ensuring accuracy and security at all times
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and operational efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations, implementing necessary updates to procedures and training programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, including cash handling, customer service, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and banking software
