We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller in the energy sector in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking and customer service, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on banking products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures
- Cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banking or customer service required (minimum 2-8 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
