We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Barber Apprentice Assistant within the Financial Services industry in Dubai. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in the barbering industry and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior barbers with grooming services such as haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and facials
- Learn and master various barbering techniques and styles
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barber shop
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques through training and workshops
- Handle cash transactions and appointments scheduling
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior barbers or management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a barber shop or salon preferred (up to 2-8 years)
- Strong passion for the barbering industry and commitment to learning and growing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
