We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Barber Apprentice Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced barbers to learn the skills and techniques necessary to become a skilled barber. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the barbering industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist barbers with preparing clients for haircuts and shaves
- Learn and practice basic haircutting and shaving techniques under the guidance of experienced barbers
- Clean and maintain barbering tools and equipment
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace for a pleasant customer experience
- Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with any inquiries or requests
- Learn about different hair and skin types and the appropriate treatments for each
- Attend training sessions and workshops to further develop your skills and knowledge in the barbering industry

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for the barbering industry and a desire to learn and grow as a barber
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must have less than 8 years of experience in the barbering industry
