Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barber Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the art of barbering and eager to learn and develop their skills in a professional environment. As a Barber Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced barbers, enabling you to build a solid foundation for a successful career in the barbering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist experienced barbers in providing a range of grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
- Greet clients warmly and assist them in selecting services that meet their grooming needs.
- Observe and learn various barbering techniques, styles, and trends from seasoned professionals.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge of barbering practices.
- Support daily operations by managing appointments, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining inventory of supplies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques to provide clients with the best service possible.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both clients and staff.

Qualifications:

- A passion for barbering and a keen interest in the beauty and grooming industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a barbering program is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- A willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Basic knowledge of barbering tools and products is an advantage.

Experience:

- Ideal candidates will have 0 to 4 years of experience in related fields, although we welcome applicants with up to 8 years of experience in customer service or hands-on roles.
