Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barber Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This apprenticeship opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the art of barbering and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. As a Barber Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced barbers, learning the essential skills and techniques required to excel in this rewarding profession.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior barbers in providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to clients.
- Learn and practice various barbering techniques, including cutting, styling, and grooming, while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barbershop, including tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your barbering skills and knowledge of the latest trends and techniques.
- Support the barbershop team in managing appointments and maintaining inventory of supplies.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in barbering and grooming.

Qualifications:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- A keen interest in barbering and grooming, with a desire to learn and grow in the profession.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to take direction and feedback.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience:

- No prior barbering experience is required, but individuals with up to 3 years of experience in related fields will be considered an asset.
