Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the personal appearance and confidence of our clients while providing exceptional grooming services in a high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a range of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling, tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Maintain an inviting and hygienic workspace by adhering to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and provide professional recommendations on styles and products.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyles, grooming techniques, and products relevant to the telecommunications industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell hair care products and grooming tools to clients, leveraging product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge of the latest barbering techniques and trends.
- Manage appointment schedules and client records efficiently, ensuring timely services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Barber with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years in a professional setting.
- Valid barbering license or certification in accordance with local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of various barbering techniques, tools, and products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality grooming services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in customer service or sales within the grooming or related sectors.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage, given Dubai’s diverse population.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
