We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista Trainer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Barista Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and development to our barista team to ensure that they deliver exceptional coffee and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing baristas
- Conduct training sessions on coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and product knowledge
- Evaluate the performance of baristas and provide feedback for improvement
- Work closely with the management team to identify training needs and develop training materials
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in coffee preparation
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new barista staff
- Monitor the quality of coffee and customer service in our outlets and provide support as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment for the barista team

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista Trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Certification in coffee training or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in the coffee industry
