We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista Trainer to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong background in training baristas to deliver exceptional coffee experiences to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing baristas to ensure consistency in coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards
- Conduct hands-on training sessions to educate baristas on coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, milk frothing, latte art, and customer interaction
- Evaluate the performance of baristas and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify training needs and develop customized training plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new coffee products, and equipment to continuously improve training programs
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new baristas, including conducting interviews and orientations
- Monitor the quality of coffee served at manufacturing facilities and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
- Minimum [random number] years of experience as a barista, with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
- Proven experience in training and developing baristas in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of coffee equipment and machinery
- Certification in barista training is a plus
