We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista Trainer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Barista Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing baristas within our construction company's various cafes and coffee shops.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for baristas to ensure consistent quality in coffee preparation and customer service
- Train new baristas on espresso machine operation, milk frothing techniques, and drink recipes
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to baristas to help them improve their skills and performance
- Monitor and evaluate barista performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify training needs and develop customized training plans
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in coffee preparation and customer service
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new baristas

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe or coffee shop
- Proven track record of training and developing barista teams
- Strong knowledge of espresso beverages and latte art
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Certification in barista training or related field is a plus
