We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the education sector. The Benefits Coordinator Assistant will work closely with the Benefits Coordinator to ensure the smooth administration of employee benefits programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding their benefits questions and concerns
- Coordinate with insurance providers and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related transactions
- Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs and initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits information
- Assist with benefits-related reporting and analysis as needed
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits is a plus
