We are seeking a talented and experienced Beverage Program Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and successful beverage programs within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic beverage programs across our real estate properties in Dubai
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all beverage outlets, ensuring high levels of quality and service
- Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality beverage products and negotiate favorable contracts
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability
- Train and mentor staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the beverage program and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote the beverage program and drive sales
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in beverage program management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of beverage trends and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
