We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Program Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing beverage programs in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement beverage programs that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the beverage program, including inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor staff members on beverage service standards and procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and profitable beverage offerings
- Monitor sales and profitability of the beverage program and make adjustments as needed
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote and market the beverage program to customers
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in beverage management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in beverage program management in the construction industry
