We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding our educational services
- Provide accurate information about our programs, courses, and registration processes
- Process registrations, payments, and refunds efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Assist with marketing initiatives by promoting our services to potential customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better assist customers
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
- At least 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
