We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better assist customers
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the Energy sector
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
