We are a leading Information Technology company based in Dubai, seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Bill Collector Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection of outstanding debts from customers
- Contact customers via phone, email, and in-person to discuss payment options and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with customers
- Work closely with the billing team to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers regarding their billing inquiries
- Assist in the preparation of reports on outstanding debts and collections activities
- Follow up on outstanding debts in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the Information Technology industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with billing software is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a billing or collections role
