We are seeking a skilled and experienced Blacksmith to join our Real Estate company based in Sharjah. The Blacksmith will be responsible for creating and repairing metalwork for various properties within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship and be able to work independently to produce high-quality metalwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and repair metalwork such as gates, fences, railings, and decorative elements for properties.
- Work with various types of metal, including iron, steel, and aluminum.
- Use traditional blacksmithing techniques such as forging, welding, and shaping metal.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to create custom metalwork designs.
- Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies in metalworking.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Blacksmith or Metalworker.
- Strong knowledge of blacksmithing techniques and tools.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina for working with heavy metal objects.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in blacksmithing or metalworking.
- Experience working in a Real Estate or construction industry.
