We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper Assistant to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the bookkeeper in maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor account balances
- Assist in preparing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Assist in preparing and filing tax returns
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
