Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Botanical Technician to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The Botanical Technician will be responsible for maintaining and caring for plants and greenery within our transportation and logistics facilities. This role will involve working closely with our team to ensure that all plants are healthy, vibrant, and contribute to a positive working environment.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain the health of all plants within the transportation and logistics facilities
- Water, fertilize, and prune plants as needed
- Identify and treat plant diseases and pests
- Propagate plants through various methods such as cuttings or division
- Design and implement plant displays to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the facilities
- Collaborate with the Transportation and Logistics team to ensure that plant care aligns with operational needs
- Keep detailed records of plant care activities and plant health status
- Assist in the procurement of plant materials and supplies
- Stay up to date on best practices in plant care and incorporate new techniques as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of plant care techniques and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if required
