We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the aerospace and defense industry and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and procedures
- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
- Prepare and present reports on branch performance and progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
