Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical branch in Sharjah. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of pharmaceutical products
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities
- Foster positive relationships with customers and healthcare professionals to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Drive business growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution of operational initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations management
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
