We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise branch staff, including tellers, customer service representatives, and operations team members
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the branch
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve targets and goals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of transactions and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall branch performance
- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch operations within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and banking software
