We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Branch Operations Manager in the Information Technology sector, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and maximize productivity
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain logistics
- Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to achieve overall company goals
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
