Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Ambassador to represent our organization in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand, products, and services to a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals. This role is essential in enhancing our brand presence in the competitive landscape of aerospace and defense in Dubai and the broader Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Promotion:
- Actively promote our brand and its offerings at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Develop and deliver presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients and partners.

2. Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on research findings.

3. Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, defense contractors, and aviation companies.
- Engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

4. Networking:
- Attend industry networking events and forums to expand professional connections and promote brand visibility.
- Collaborate with industry associations and organizations to enhance the brand's reputation and authority in the field.

5. Content Creation:
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials that resonates with target audiences.
- Share success stories and case studies that highlight the benefits of our products and services in the aerospace and defense sectors.

6. Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that align with brand objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Assist in lead generation activities and follow up on potential leads to support the sales process.

7. Feedback and Reporting:
- Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders regarding brand perception and product performance.
- Provide regular reports to management on brand awareness initiatives, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in brand promotion, marketing, or sales, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Strong understanding of the aerospace and defense markets, including industry trends, regulations, and key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools is preferred.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
