We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand Assistant to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The Brand Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to support the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns for our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to promote pharmaceutical products
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs to ensure brand objectives are met
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support the organization and coordination of promotional events, conferences, and trade shows
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and guidelines is a plus
