We are seeking a skilled Broadcast Technician to join our dynamic healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The Broadcast Technician will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing audio and video equipment used in our broadcasting facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate audio and video equipment for live and recorded broadcasts
- Monitor and adjust audio and video signals to ensure high-quality output
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure smooth production workflows
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to enhance broadcasting capabilities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Broadcast Technician or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of audio and video equipment
- Familiarity with broadcasting software and systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Electronics, or a related field is preferred
