We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Budget Operations Manager to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The Budget Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual operating budgets for the manufacturing plant.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall financial goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for operational improvements.
- Prepare financial forecasts and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Lead a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
