We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Budget Planner to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The Budget Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that financial goals are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and budgeting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project budgets based on cost estimates and financial analysis
- Monitor and track project expenses to ensure adherence to budget
- Work closely with project managers and key stakeholders to identify budgeting needs and constraints
- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts to communicate budget status
- Analyze financial data and recommend cost-saving measures to improve project profitability
- Collaborate with procurement team to ensure budget alignment with vendor contracts and agreements
- Participate in project meetings to provide budget updates and recommendations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in budget planning and construction project management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Budget Planner in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
