We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Building Manager Assistant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Building Manager in overseeing all aspects of building operations and maintenance
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards
- Assist with budget planning and monitoring of expenses related to building operations
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, contracts, and warranties
- Assist with the implementation of building security protocols and emergency response procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in building management or facilities management
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
