Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Bus Aide to join our team in the construction sector in Dubai. The Bus Aide will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of workers to and from construction sites. This position requires a proactive individual who can assist with various logistical tasks while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transportation Support: Assist the bus driver in safely transporting construction workers to and from job sites, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Passenger Management: Help manage passenger boarding and alighting, ensuring that all workers are accounted for and safely seated during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to during transportation, including the use of seat belts and emergency procedures.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for workers during transit, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Maintenance Support: Assist in conducting daily inspections of the bus to ensure it is clean and in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues to the driver and management.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies or incidents during transport, including administering first aid if necessary and following established emergency protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, routes taken, and any incidents that occur during transportation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the bus driver and construction site management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding worker schedules and site needs.
- Additional Duties: Assist with loading and unloading of necessary materials or equipment as required by the construction project.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role, preferably within the construction sector.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and transportation protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic first aid certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to remain seated for extended periods during transport.
- Capable of lifting and moving materials or equipment as needed (up to 20 kg).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions when necessary.
