Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busboy/Busgirl to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate sector in Abu Dhabi. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining and event spaces, contributing to an exceptional experience for our clients and guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist servers and kitchen staff by promptly clearing and resetting tables after each use to ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas, including clearing dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables and floors efficiently.
- Support the kitchen staff by delivering food and beverage orders as needed, ensuring timely service to guests.
- Assist in the preparation of dining areas for events, including setting up tables, arranging seating, and preparing buffet stations as required.
- Monitor stock levels of dining ware, glassware, and utensils, and report any shortages to the supervisor to ensure continuous service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen.
- Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance of the dining space by ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-presented.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and create a positive dining experience.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve service quality and adhere to company standards.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and guests.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
